All design work carried out by Silver Cat New Media Design (SCNMD) is the copyright of SCNMD and will remain as this until total payment for services has been received. SCNMD retains the right to copy and use the Work solely, and in such quantities as are reasonably necessary, as samples for advertising and promotion. SCNMD retains all rights to sketches, comps, or other preliminary material.
On completion of a job, the Client must confirm in writing (sign-off) when he/she is satisfied with the job before the work goes public. Sign-off can be via fax, letter or email. SCNMD does not proofread materials the Client submits for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The final version of the Job will be as it appears upon sign-off. The Client must ensure that all materials are correct prior to sign-off.
Silver Cat New Media Design will only be held accountable for services they supply. Services or products used or purchased elsewhere are not the legal responsibility of Silver Cat New Media Design.
